Bristol County Savings Bank

Bristol County Savings Bank will host Bobblehead Doll Night at the Pawtucket Red Sox game against the Buffalo Bisons at McCoy Stadium on July 25.The bank and WEEI-FM donated 4,000 bobblehead dolls of Mookie Betts to give to the first 4,000 children to arrive.

 

Bristol also awarded a grant totaling $45,000 to the Children’s Museum of Greater Fall River to help create the museum’s “Education Station” classroom and additional grants totaling $32,600 to six Taunton-area nonprofits and granted a total of $40,500 to six Attleboro-area nonprofits.

 

Eastern Bank

The Eastern Bank Charitable Foundation donated $10,000 to Plymouth Area Coalition for the Homeless.

 

Hanscom Federal Credit Union

Hanscom Federal Credit Union honored U.S. Army veteran Joseph H. Dussault at the July 9 Lowell Spinners home game against the West Virginia Black Bears as part of the 2015 Heroes Among Us program. Dussault was introduced at a pre-game ceremony, threw a ceremonial opening pitch and received a luxury suite for 10 with passes to the Gator Pit barbecue area.

 

MutualOne Bank

MutualOne Bank donated $1,750 to support the Natick Historical Society’s Educational

Outreach Project.

 

Salem Five

Salem Five awarded $28,000 to six nonprofits on behalf of the Heritage Salem Five Charitable Foundation.

 

Tocci Building Cos.

Tocci Building Cos. supported two employees, Lila Tocci and Amy Thompson West, on their volunteer trip to Nicaragua to assist the nonprofit Boy With a Ball in a four-day free dental clinic.
