Concert Equipment Provider Signs First Lease at Shrewsbury Development

A Las Vegas company that rents equipment to TV and film crews in the Boston area has inked the first lease at a new 310,000-square-foot industrial campus in Shrewsbury.

SGPS ShowRig leased 49,524 square feet at building B in Centech Park North, which is being developed by Northridge Partners on a 60-acre site on South Street.

Completion of the project is scheduled for the fourth quarter. The property currently has nearly 197,000 square feet available in building A along with 53,576 square feet in building B.

Colliers’ Kevin Brawley, Stephen Woelfel, PJ Foster, Kevin Hanna, Ovar Osvold and Wayne Spiegel represented the landlord in the lease negotiation. Cresa’s Rhett Delk and Nate Heilbron represented SGPS ShowRig.
