Congress Building Corp., a construction management firm headquartered in Peabody, has completed construction of a senior housing community in Easton’s Five Corners.

The 84-unit assisted-living, independent-living and memory-care residence is located at 678 Depot St.

The Residence at Five Corners includes amenities such as dining facilities, common areas for family gatherings, an exercise and physical therapy facility, an on-site barber and beauty salon, computer and media center, outdoor sitting and walking areas, scheduled transportation services and 24-hour security.

The residence’s Memory Care neighborhood is a branch for residents with Alzheimer’s that features private and semi-private apartments, common areas, life stills station, security system and a secured courtyard. The Reflections Memory Care program aims to engage residents with early stages of Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments in activities that focus on their strengths and capabilities.

The Residence at Five Corners is owned and operated by LCB Senior Living LLC of Norwood and was designed by The Architectural Team of Chelsea.
