Constant Contact, an e-mail marketing company, has renewed and expanded its lease at Reservoir Place in Waltham to 138,377 square feet.
The company renewed 85,583 square feet and expanded to occupy an additional 52,794 square feet. Its corporate headquarters has been located at Reservoir Place, 1601 Trapelo Road in Waltham, since July 2002.
Constant Contact will occupy the 120,000-square-foot third floor and an additional 18,000 square feet on the second floor. The architect for the project was Visnick & Caulfield Assoc. Inc. with J. Calnan & Assoc. providing construction management services.
Neil A. Schneider, partner of McCall & Almy represented the tenant, Constant Contact, and Austin Barrett, Jason A. Fivek and David C. Provost of Boston Properties Inc. represented the landlord.
