After refreshing a 1970s office building, DPR Construction has completed its move into a new Waltham headquarters to accommodate its 200-employee workforce.

DPR Construction recently relocated from Cambridge into the new collaborative workspace designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects at 950 Winter St., which includes huddle and conference rooms, a cafe and outdoor patio and wine bar.

The office is designed to meet WELL building certification that promotes a healthy work environment, including such features as standing desks and wellness rooms.

The self-performing general contractor and construction manager has expanded in the past decade from 10 employees and is active in life science, health care, higher education and commercial projects. Local clients include Boston University, Biogen and the Broad Institute.

“As the hub for our New England operations, this new location will allow our employees the flexibility needed to serve our customers throughout the region,” DPR Boston Business Unit Leader Patrick Cusson said in a statement. “There is significant potential in this market and we are excited to be at the center of it.”
