A Cambridge-based contract researcher for biotechs and pharmaceutical companies is moving to a new build-to-suit facility in Woburn.

SeromYx Systems leased 8,000 square feet of space for a new Biosafety Level 2 facility occupying a new 2-story wing of the Cummings Properties building at 299 Washington St.

The Woburn location will include business and technical operations.

Cummings Properties Business Development Director Al Diamond represented ownership in lease negotiations with SeromYx Systems, represented by Cresa’s Paul Delaney.
