Twenty-five agents with Jack Conway, Realtor’s Superstar Training program recently received the Conway Degree of Excellence (CDE) designation for completing its year-long peer education course.
"The courses cover everything from marketing and technology to mastering customer-service skills," said Conway Director of Education Christopher Haraden. "Most importantly, the instructors offer information to their peers that can be applied to ‘real-life’ situations in today’s changing marketplace."
"I congratulate you all for valuing the importance of education for yourselves and your customers," said Conway CEO Carol Bulman at the company’s mid-year awards breakfast. "We created this CDE credential to recognize those agents who make a commitment to excellence and follow through on that commitment by attending courses designed to help them better serve their buyers and sellers every day."
