Paul Durgin, vice president, represented John Vemis, owner of the Regal Marketplace, in the sale of 2.6 acres in Whitman. The property, at 396 South Ave. sold for $500,000. It consists of a retail and office building and car wash. Vemis plans to build a new retail building on the site. Richard Rosen of Rosen Realty represented the seller, McGrath Realty Trust.

Conway’s Tony Vacca represented Ridder Road LLC in the sale of 12 acres of land in Halifax for $429,000. Known as the Waterman Estate, the property is located near the intersection of routes 58 & 106. Construction of single-family homes is scheduled to begin in September. Vacca represented the seller and procured the buyer.
