Lexington-based Cornerstone Realty Capital has arranged a $1.2 million loan for Senne Holdings LLC to refinance a multifamily building in Cambridge. Fitchburg-based Digital Federal Credit Union was the lender.
Located at 402-404 Putnam Ave., the building consists of four apartment units, including one one-bedroom unit, two two-bedroom units and one three-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit. Situated just off Memorial Drive, near Cambridge Street, it is near Harvard and MIT, as well as multiple MBTA bus and subway routes.
"This was a situation where the client needed a quick execution and their management expertise and the strengths of the property allowed us to identify a lender with the attractive terms the client was looking for and facilitate a closing in less than 30 days," Brett Pagani, senior vice president of Cornerstone, said in a statement.
