Country Bank has promoted Robert Kolb to executive vice president, chief commercial and retail banking officer.

Kolb has 33 years of experience in the banking industry and has been with Country Bank since 2012 as the senior vice president, chief commercial banking officer.

Prior to joining Country Bank, Kolb worked at TDBank as their Rhode Island market president. Prior to that, he held the same position for both their Central and Western Massachusetts divisions.
