Cushman & Wakefield have leased 13,022 square feet of office space at 535 and 545 Boylston St. in four transactions.

535 and 545 Boylston Street is comprised of two, 13-story office and retail buildings in the Back Bay. Cushman & Wakefield Senior Director Jim Brady represented the landlord, Clarion Partners, in each of the leases.

"Well located, quality properties like 535 and 545 Boylston St. have seen a flurry of activity in recent months with tenants searching for blocks of space in the under 10,000 square foot range," said Brady in a statement.  "Demand is being driven by a heavily diversified variety of boutique firms who realize the competitive advantages of having a presence in Boston’s Back Bay."

Trusteer, an Internet security firm, leased 6,750 square feet.

Standish Management, LLC, a consulting a services provider to investment funds, leased 3,169 square feet.

G2 Capital Advisors, a consulting a services provider to investors, leased 2,604 square feet.

Robert Elmer and Eric Solem of Landmark Realty Advisors represented Trusteer, G2 Capital Advisors, and Standish Management in the above transactions. 

Van Wagner Communications, LLC, an advertizing firm, leased 1,499 square feet. Lauren Vecchione of Colliers International represented Van Wagner.
