Charles White Management recently purchased a commercial property in Danvers for $12.75 million.

The Walgreens Pharmacy at 107 High St. will be renovated and operate under new ownership. Tara Bazarewsky of Jack Conway & Co. represented the buyer in the transaction and worked with investor Robert White, who owns four other Walgreens stores in Florida and one in Philadelphia. The seller was Danvers High Street Realty LLC.

“I’ve known Bob for some time, and when he called me back in January and said he wanted to buy a Walgreens in Massachusetts, I began searching for the right match,” Bazarewsky said in a statement. “I found the property in May, and after some negotiations, his offer was accepted and we closed on the deal on Dec. 16.”
