Dellbrook Construction has leased 10,000 square feet at Adams Place in Quincy, which will serve as a new headquarters facility enabling it to further expand its existing operations.

Cushman & Wakefield Director Stephen Woelfel represented the tenant, Dellbrook, in the transaction. The landlord, CommonWealth REIT, was represented by Cassidy Turley.

One Adams Place is a 124,777-square-foot Class A office building.
