A Denver real estate investor has made its first Greater Boston acquisition in a 210,000-square-foot industrial property leased to U.S. Cabinet Depot in Norton.

The 176 South Washington St. property was acquired for $32.5 million by Black Creek Group, which had approximately $11.6 billion in assets under management as of March 31 and manages two REIT’s and numerous institutional funds. The firm announced in May that it has agreed to be acquired by Ares Management Corp.

The property, located next to Myles Standish Industrial Park, was completed in 1986 and features 28-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems and 20 loading docks.

CBRE’s Scott Dragos, Chris Skeffington, Doug Jacoby, Roy Sandeman, Tim Mulhall, Tony Hayes and Daniel Hines represented the seller, Paradigm Capital Advisors, in the off-market transaction.
