Designer Services Inc. has signed a 10-year lease for 30,000 square feet of warehouse space at 8 Arrow Drive in Woburn.

Located on a cul-de-sac close to the Routes 93-128 interchange, 8 Arrow Drive is a free-standing building that includes 4,000 square feet of updated office space, parking and large drive-in doors. Designer Services, a distributor of high-end furniture, will consolidate its two local warehouses into 8 Arrow Drive later this summer.

Bradford Spencer and Tyler Ewing of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Coco Realty Trust, the landlord. Marc Carangelo, of Equitable Real Estate Solutions, represented the tenant.

“Designer Services has operated its specialty furniture business in Woburn for many years,” Spencer said in a statement. “This property provides the modern space and amenities the company desired, and will enable them to continue to grow their business in the most efficient manner possible.”
