Diesel Realty LLC of Haverhill has acquired 45 Meadowcroft St. in Lowell.
The company bought the nine-unit industrial building for $775,000 from BM Realty Trust. DCU Realty, a subsidiary of DCU Digital Federal Credit Union, represented the sellers in the transaction.
BM Realty Trust acquired the property in 2005 for $765,000.
