Needham-based Direct Federal Credit Union has formed a new partnership with Needham Public Schools.

The credit union announced earlier this week that Needham Public Schools has joined Direct@Work, Direct Federal’s bank-at-work program that is offered free of charge to employers throughout Norfolk and Middlesex Counties.

The partnership will allow Needham Public Schools  to offer their approximately 900 employees rate discounts and incentives on loan and deposit products. Additionally, employees will have access to financial literacy programs and experts on a wide range of financial topics.

We look forward to being a financial resource to Needham Public Schools and delivering Direct Federal’s superior banking products and financial education programs to the employees in a meaningful way.”

Needham Public Schools joins the growing roster of Needham partners including the Needham Police Department and the Justice Resource Institute.
