He disposed of the 1,800-square-foot pad for a cool $3 million, a tidy profit on the $2.2 million purchase price he paid back in 2011. The penthouse apartment comes with spa, pool, fitness center, 24-hour concierge and room service, for those nights when you’re coming home late from the Garden.
