Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has arranged $341 million in construction financing and joint venture equity for a luxury, waterfront condominium tower in downtown Boston called The St. Regis Residences.  

This waterfront parcel will be developed as a 22-story, 114-unit tower with underground parking, a restaurant and other amenities.  

The developer Cronin Development worked with Riaz Cassum and Brett Paulsrud of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler to procure $306.5 million in construction financing from JPMorgan Chase, as well as a joint venture equity partnership for $34.5 million with private equity partner the JC Opportunity Fund I LLC.
