James Beard nominee Tiffani Faison headlines the initial list of chefs setting up shop at the new $30 million High Street Place food hall in Boston’s Financial District.

Scheduled to open this fall in the atrium connecting 100 High St. and 160 Federal St., High Street Place will include 20 local chefs, brewers, winemakers and coffee roasters.

Developers this week announced 11 of the 20 vendors that will occupy the 20,000-square-foot facility designed by Gensler and Philadelphia-based Groundswell Design Group. Plans include a green wall and operable window wall system for open-air dining. Organizers said they’ll activate the 500-seat facility with live music, book signings and programming on a retractable projection screen.

Faison, the chef and restaurateur behind Fenway venues Tiger Mama and Sweet Cheeks Q, will open two venues at High Street Place: Dive Bar featuring seafood, a raw bar and pizza, and pizzeria Tenderoni’s.

Other vendors announced this week include:

  • Daiquiris & Daisies – A casual cocktail bar from Daren Swisher and Joseph Cammarata, who directed bar programs at backbar, jmCurley and Hokoko.
  • The Farmacy Cafe – A “feel good” menu featuring breakfast toasts, customizable rice and salad bowls, Ayurvedic items and CBD-infused kombucha.
  • Fuji Sushi – The ninth location for Jimmy Liang’s JP Fuji Group’s portfolio of restaurants in Greater Boston.
  • Haley Jane – A fried chicken restaurant from the team behind Wheelhouse in Boston.
  • Mother Juice – The fourth location for the organic, cold-pressed juice shop.
  • Noodle BOS – A create-your-own Ramen and rice bowl concept featuring Southeast Asian street food.
  • Northeast of the Border – The first brick-and-mortar location for the Greenway Mexican food truck vendor.
  • Pennypacker’s – Salads, bar snacks and sandwiches including a signature porchetta sandwich on ciabatta.
  • Wheelhouse – Breakfast and lunch items including an extensive burger selection.

The food hall project is a venture by 100 High St. owner Rockpoint Group, its Rockhill Management property management arm and food hall advisers CANAdev. Boston Realty Advisors’ Whitney Gallivan oversees leasing.
