A retail building next to the Millennium Tower in Boston’s Downtown Crossing neighborhood has sold for $134.21 million, according to documents filed in the Suffolk Registry of Deeds.
Atlanta-based Invesco Real Estate sold 350 Washington St. to an LLC that appears largely controlled by TIAA-CREF. Invesco bought the building in 2011 for $127.99 million, according to public records.
The 116,872-square-foot building occupies a prime corner in Boston’s core shopping district and currently counts TJ Maxx, Boston Sports Clubs and Marshall’s as tenants. The building is capped by a multi-story parking garage.
The building is assessed at $64.91 million, according to city property records.
