Two new tenants have signed leases at 800 Providence Highway in Dedham, bringing the total occupancy at the retail buildings to 50,000 square feet.

Dunkin’ Donuts will occupy 1,800 square feet plus a drive-through on Providence Highway, which is located along Route 1 directly across from Dedham Plaza and immediately adjacent to the new, upscale Legacy Place mall. Dunkin’ Donuts signed on for a long-term lease.

Also taking space at the site is European Wax Center, which inked a 1,200-square-foot lease at 800 Providence Highway. The Florida-based hair-removal salon, which is the world’s largest such franchise with nearly 200 locations, agreed to a long-term lease at the newly developed space.

Managed by Norwood-based CMI Property Inc., existing tenants in the two-building portfolio at 780-800 Providence Highway include Bed Bath & Beyond, Verizon Wireless, The Vitamin Shoppe and Massage Envy. Elliot & Co. is the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
