Roseland Residential Trust has announced rents ranging from $1,950 to $5,600 at the next phase of of its East Boston waterfront development.

Roseland kicked off leasing this week at the 296-unit Beacon Collection, the second phase of its Portside at East Pier apartment complex on former industrial parcels owned by Massport.

The complex at 50 Lewis St. is located on a 26-acre parcel totaling 550 apartments and 70,000 square feet of retail space.

Amenities include an indoor pool with Boston Harbor views, outdoor sun deck, two-level roof deck with gas grills and fire pits and a bar area. Units range from 476 to 1,489 square feet.

The price list features studios from $1950 to $2,200, one-bedroom units from $2,350 to $2,800, two-bedrooms from $3,050 to $4,300 and two-bedroom, two-den units from $5,350 to $5,600.

The first 181-unit phase of Portside at East Pier opened in 2015.
