Lowell-based Enterprise Bank plans to open a new branch in Lexington.

The bank recently announced that its 25th branch will be located at 76 Bedford St. and is expected to open in the fall of 2019.

The roughly $3.1 billion bank already has a branch in neighboring Acton.

“Our new office will provide greater convenience to the significant base of customers and friends that we have in Lexington and will allow us to better serve the businesses, consumers, and non-profits in the area,” Enterprise CEO Jack Clancy said in a statement. “Our full range of banking services include commercial lending, residential mortgages, cash management, insurance, and wealth management, all supported by the latest banking technology and the personalized customer service for which we are known. Enterprise Bank is deeply committed to the communities we serve, and we are excited to be a part of the vibrant Lexington community.”

The Enterprise Bank Lexington team will be led by Branch Relationship Manager and Vice President Veronica Caira, a Lexington resident who is very active in the community and helps lead the Lexington Chamber of Commerce, Lexington Women in Business, the local Rotary Club and the Lexington Historical Society.

She is also an ambassador with the Lexington Education Fund and previously held board seats with the Lexington Education Fund, Lexington Harrington School and NCDS Sacred Heart.

“Veronica has extensive banking experience including community relations, branch operations, business development, team management, and customer service,” Clancy said.
