Phoenix Park, a 325,000-square-foot refurbished mill complex in Shirley, recently leased 5,000 square feet of warehouse space to Evergreen Solar, a solar panel manufacturer.

Evergreen will occupy space on the first floor of Building ‘D’ at Phoenix Park, and will join approximately 48 other tenants at Phoenix Park.
"We’re thrilled to welcome Evergreen Solar as our new tenant," said Eric Shapiro, managing partner of Phoenix Park, a mixed-use office and industrial park located at 2 Shaker Road in Shirley.
Phoenix Park, located on a 56-acre campus setting near the commuter rail, provides office and flex space and is equipped with numerous amenities including a free fitness facility, conference room, lunch room, internet access and low-cost commercial storage space.
