Eversource Signs Lease at Marcus Partners Project

Eversource Gas signed a full-building lease for a new development by Boston-based Marcus Partners at Taunton’s Myles Standish Park.

The office-to-industrial teardown project is scheduled for delivery late this year.

The ground-up, build-to-suit project replaces a 95,000 square-foot office building. The project spans 7.4 acres and includes a new flex building and three acres of industrial outdoor storage, Marcus Partners announced.

Completion is scheduled for late 2025.

“The current market demands strategic thinking and creative approaches to change-of-use opportunities in order to maximize underutilized sites,” Marcus Partners Principal Josh Berman said in a statement.
