F.W. Webb Co. has leased 80,000 square feet for a warehouse and distribution facility at 59 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, N.H.
The Boston-based building supplies distributor has more than 75 locations in the Northeast. The Merrimack location is part of the company’s ongoing expansion.
Richard Ruggiero, Torin Taylor, Matt Adams and Rory Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield represented F.W. Webb in the transaction.
