A 10-story Financial District office building has been sold to a locally-focused real estate investment firm.
Boston-based Synergy Investment Management and Miami-based Indepencia Asset Management bought 201 Devonshire St. for $69.2 million from New York City-based Clarion Partners, according to documents filed in the Suffolk Registry of Deeds.
The 94,438-square-foot building was built in 1900 and is assessed at $37.45 million, according to city records. It last sold in 2015 for $48.75 million.
Synergy recently bought Worcester’s tallest tower for $16.5 million.
