Finard Properties Moving HQ To Boston

Finard Properties LLC, a developer, owner and manager of commercial real estate, recently signed a new 5,078-square-foot office lease to relocate its corporate headquarters to Boston.

The company is moving from Burlington Woods in Burlington to 419 Boylston Street in the city’s Back Bay neighborhood.

Tad Lee and Lauren Vecchione, of Colliers International, represented Finard Properties. Jim Brady and Rebecca Galeota, of Cushman & Wakefield Inc., represented the landlord, Eldridge Realty.
