The property at 277 and 26B Baker Ave. contains a 19,270-square-foot building on a 2-acre lot.

The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International represented seller Edward Van Dusen and procured the buyer, F9 Properties LLC of Miami Beach, Fla.
