The state Division of Banks will hold public hearings Wednesday on draft right-to-cure and reverse mortgage regulations.
The hearings are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Wednesday, respectively, at division offices at 1000 Washington St. in Boston.
The right-to-cure regulations create a uniform, more easily understandable format for right-to-cure notices. The reverse mortgage regulations mandate in-person counseling for borrowers beginning next summer.
Each proposal was signed by Gov. Deval Patrick a year ago.
