Fashion retailer Forever 21 has signed a lease for a new location in Boston’s Downtown Crossing.
The company will use the 20,000 square feet at 449 Washington St. to create a unique three-floor store.
The lease was organized between CBRE’s Jeff Arsenault, who represented the owner, Dexter Crossing Retail LLC, and Dartmouth Co., which represented Forever 21.
“Forever 21 plans to replace the current façade of the store to reflect their new urban style,” Arsenault said in a statement. “This addition to Downtown Crossing, along with other new shops and restaurants, will further solidify the neighborhood as a shopping destination in Boston.”
