NB Development is preparing to sell two buildings within its 1.9-million-square-foot Boston Landing complex in Brighton, including the former New Balance headquarters at 20 Guest St.

New Balance vacated the 229,000-square-foot office tower in 2017 when it moved into its newly completed 225,000-square-foot headquarters at 100 Guest St.

20 Guest St. since has been repositioned as a multitenant office building now 100 percent leased to seven companies, including anchor tenant Harvard Business Publishing and Global Atlantic Financial Group.

The 115,000-square-foot 15 Guest St. warehouse building is 86 percent leased to NB Development, Newbury Comics and Verizon, according to marketing materials by HFF, which is representing the seller. The two properties are being offered separately or together.

NB Development, the real estate arm of New Balance, stirred up demand for office and lab space in the Brighton neighborhood when it paid for construction of a $20 million Commuter Rail station on the MBTA’s Framingham-Worcester line which began service in May 2017. New office and lab space at Boston Landing has been leased by Bose Corp., Roche Diagnostics, Proteostasis Therapeutics and life science incubator Mass Innovation Labs.
