Founder’s Granddaughter Joins First Realty Management As VP

Kathryn Kargman Holden has joined Boston-Based First Realty Management Corp. as a vice president.

Holden is the daughter of First Realty President William M. Kargman and granddaughter of Max Kargman, who founded the company in the mid-1960s. Holden will serve as the company’s representative to the National Affordable Housing Management Association and the New England Affordable Housing Management Association.

“We’re thrilled that Kathryn is joining the company,” Jan Brandin, First Realty’s chief operating officer, said in a statement. “We have no shortage of work to be done, and we know she will be an excellent fit for our organization.”
