Quincy-based developer FoxRock has acquired a Fall River manufacturing facility occupied by rope manufacturer Teufelberger.
The 165,000-square-foot industrial facility at 848 Airport Road is located on 15 acres. Teufelberger, which provides rope products for the military and marine trades, acquired the New England Ropes factory in 2009. The lease runs through 2025.
The property sold for $6.5 million on July 9 and Middlesex Savings Bank provided $4.27 million in mortgage financing, according to data compiled by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.
With the acquisition, FoxRock’s real estate portfolio tops 4 million square feet.
