Delta T Distributors and Rypos Inc. have each signed leases at the Kenwood Industrial Park in Franklin, totaling 37,000 square feet of flex space.
Rypos leased 20,000 feet while Delta T leased 17,100.
Delta T Distributors provides energy efficient heating and cooling systems for commercial and residential use. Rypos Inc. manufactures advanced diesel emission control systems.
John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty was the sole broker in the transaction.
