Mobile game publisher Disruptor Beam will move across town from 161 Worcester Road in Framingham to a new headquarters at 100 Pennsylvania Ave.
The company, which last month announced $8.5 million in series B financing led by GrandBanks Capital and Romulus Capital, will occupy 30,655 square feet on the second and third floors at RMR Group’s Penn Place.
After releasing “Star Trek Timelines” and “Game of Thrones Ascent,” Disruptor Beam tripled its revenues and doubled its employee headcount in 2016. It’s scheduled to release “The Walking Dead: March to War” later this year.
JLL’s Phil DeSimone and Andrew Sherman represented ownership RMR Group. Greater Boston Commercial Properties’ Ben Gatti represented Disruptor Beam.
Disruptor Beam joins digital researchers Applause and Sandler Training at Penn Place, located near the junction of Route 9 and the Massachusetts Turnpike.
