The city of Gloucester has issued a request for proposals seeking investors to redevelop the 11-acre former Fuller School property.

The Gloucester City Council recently approved sale of the site. The city is soliciting ideas from developers to redevelop the site to create jobs and tax revenues.

Potential developers will have 60 days to respond to the RFP. Bids will be made public and will be followed by a community response period. The school closed in 2008.

The city is seeking a mixed-use development including a mix of commercial, industrial and community uses.
