A topping-off ceremony was held Friday at 100 Northern Ave., the 516,000-square-foot office building on Boston’s Fan Pier anchored by law firm Goodwin Procter LLP.
The 17-story tower is scheduled for completion in spring 2016. The building also includes 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
The 21-acre Fan Pier project will include eight commercial and residential towers including Twenty Two Liberty, the luxury condo development that is expected to open late this year.
Boston-based developer Fallon Co. commemorated the raising of the final beam atop the building during a ceremony Friday. Goodwin Procter has leased 350,000 square feet in the LEED Silver-certified building.
