A 14,000-square-foot retail strip at the intersections of Route 53 and Broadway in Hanover has been sold for $1.7 million.
Conrad Group Inc. handled the sale of the 333 Columbia Road property on behalf of the former owner, 333 Columbia Road LLC to Bob Sennett.
In 2009, major improvements were made to the exterior of the property, including a new drainage system and parking lot.
Conrad Group represented the seller and secured the buyer as well.
