C-F Cold Storage LLC has purchased a 108,689-square-foot climate-controlled industrial building in Haverhill for $12.2 million.

C-F Cold Storage was represented by Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International in the transaction, while the seller, Marwick Assoc., was represented by CBRE/New England.

C-F has retained Stubblebine to handle the leasing of the property’s usable space.

“C-F Cold Storage purchased the building because of its proximity to some of its key customers, the state of the art refrigeration system, the 34-foot clear height and the excellent highway access,” James Stubblebine of the Stubblebine Co. said in a statement.
