Wellesley-based Haynes Management Inc. recently represented the landlord in five transactions totaling 7,627 square feet in Newton and Wellesley.

The transactions took place in five different buildings commercial office buildings in the Haynes Management Portfolio. Four were leases to new tenants and one was an expansion of an existing tenant.

Sagent Healthstaff will expand its office at 42 Washington St. in Wellesley in February. The company will occupy the entire 2,500-square-foot first floor. Boutique event planning agency Simple Details Events (SD Events) has leased 500 square feet at 44 Washington St. in Wellesley. SD Events will begin occupying the space in February.

Aflac moved into Echo Bridge Office Park in Newton on Jan. 1. The insurance company leased 1,933 square feet at the space. 

Integrity Tax and Business Partners Inc. leased all 1,275 square feet at a Wellesley property at 28 Washington St. SN Consulting Group moved into a 1,419-square-foot suite on the second floor at 892 Worcester St. in Wellesley. Both tenants moved into the new spaces on Dec. 1.
