Haynes Management Inc. recently brokered four releases totaling 12,184 square feet in Wellesley and Newton.

The transactions took place in four different Haynes Management portfolio commercial properties. Trial Networks leased 4,361 square feet at Echo Bridge Office Park in Newton, Wellesley Therapeutic Services leased 2,381 square feet at 110 Cedar St. in Wellesley and Renaissance Family Medicine leased 1,142 square feet at the Fraser Medical Building, located at 332 Washington St. in Wellesley. Motion LLC also renewed its 4,300 square foot lease at 49 Walnut Park in Wellesley.

Haynes Management Inc.’s Vida Doyle and Michael Hoban represented the landlord in each of the transactions.
