Henry Schein Inc. has leased 22,565 square feet of office space in Waltham’s Hillcrest Office Park.

Casler and Co. represented the office park owners 220 Bear Hill Realty Trust. The Hillcrest Office Park is a six-acre site comprised of four buildings: 220 Bear Hill Road is 29,000-square-foot building which was originally constructed in 1973 with extensive renovations in 1998 and 2008; 240 Bear Hill is 17,000 square feet and 260 Bear Hill is 28,000 square feet constructed in 1979 and 1976, respectively. 210 Bear Hill is a four-story, 35,000-square-foot office property with partial covered parking.

"There are several factors that contribute to tenanting this park including keeping constant communication with Brokerage community and with an ownership that is aware of the market conditions and the ability of making rapid decisions," said Brad Casler, principal of Casler and Co.

Casler served as leasing agent for the owners and Robert Byrne, of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, represented tenant.
