Health tech startup Withings will relocate from the Cambridge Innovation Center to 222 Third St. in Cambridge next February.

Headquartered in Paris, the company required the larger space in the former American Twine Building for growth, according to broker Cresa Boston. Withings also looked at properties in downtown Boston before signing the short-term lease in Cambridge. The square footage was not available.

Withings markets activity trackers and other health monitoring devices to employers for use in corporate and institutional wellness programs.

John Coakley and Paul Delaney of Cresa Boston represented Withings in the transaction. Colliers International represented the landlord, Cambridge-based Transatlantic Management.
