Heighton Joins Compass As Regional VP

Compass, a technology-driven real estate platform, recently hired Jeffrey S. Heighton as regional vice president of Massachusetts.

In his new role, Heighton will oversee sales operations and add to the company’s agents and personnel in the Greater Boston area. Previously, Heighton worked as national sales director at ACES Title Agency and Ligris & Associates P.C. and brings more than 10 years of experience in real estate services.

“Jeffrey’s vast real estate expertise as well as his proven ability to lead and cultivate business in new markets are invaluable tools for our growing Boston team,” Robert Reffkin, Compass founder and CEO, said in a statement. “We are thrilled to welcome Jeffrey to Compass and I look forward to working with him.”

Compass’s inaugural three-story, 21,000 square-foot Boston office will be located at 126 Newbury St.
