Needham’s Herbert H. Landy Insurance Agency has partnered with New York City-based The Navigators Group Inc. to provide errors and omissions insurance to real estate agents, brokers and appraisers.
The new program will offer a number of expanded and improved coverage options, higher-limit capacity and multiâ€year options, according to a statement.
"We’re very excited about the opportunity to work with Navigators," said Betsy Magnuson, president of the Herbert H. Landy Insurance Agency. "Their professional liability team has expertise in this class of business will provide us with a fresh perspective and enable us to bring innovative solutions to the marketplace."
The new program will be available on a nationwide basis June 1.
