High Tech Co. Leases Rockland Space

MISI Co. Ltd., a division of Japanese telecommunication firm NTT Data Group, has leased 4,342 square feet at the 1099 Building in Rockland.

Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Cos., represented the landlord, Rockland Haverstraw LLC. Nat Kessler, first vice president of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

The office building at 1099 Hingham St. is on the Hingham/Rockland line at the junction of Routes 3 and 228. It is home to pharmaceutical company EMD Serono, financial services industry advisor Cutter Assoc. and UBS, one of the world’s largest asset managers, according to a statement.
