Former Thomson Reuters offices at 500 Victory Road in Quincy’s Marina Bay will be converted into 42 office suites by Highland-March Workspaces.

Highland-March, a provider of furnished offices and support services, operates office business centers at 20 Cabot Blvd. in Mansfield and 25 Braintree Hill Office Park.

The 18,000-square-foot location in Marina Bay will include individual offices and suites, conference rooms, team rooms and training rooms. Shared amenities include a reception area, mailroom, kitchen, meeting rooms and breakout spaces.

Equipped with electronic whiteboards and videoconferencing capabilities, the business center is expected to open later this year. Highland-March is offering two months free rent with a one-year office space commitment. A variety of flexible arrangements will range from partial day to monthly agreements.

Hardie Contracting of Weymouth is providing buildout services at the Quincy location.
