Houston-based developer Hines has begun leasing at its 352-unit Meriel Marina Bay luxury apartment complex in Quincy’s Marina Bay with rents ranging from $2,100 to $4,600 per month.

The two-building, 5-story complex at the former site of the Waterworks nightclub is managed by Bozzuto Management Co. which is promoting the property’s “resort-like lifestyle” with three outdoor courtyards overlooking the 686-slip marina, heated swimming pool, outdoor grills, fire pits and wet bar. Indoor common-area amenities include two club rooms with kitchens, two fitness centers, a wifi cafe, conference rooms, game lounge and Bark ‘n’ Bubbles pet grooming station.

Apartments range from studios to three-bedroom units, with a majority containing balconies or private patios. The complex has a complimentary shuttle to the MBTA’s North Quincy station.

Hines and MetLife acquired the 5.8-acre parcel in 2014.
